四、部门的基本任务

市场营销部的基本任务是在总经理的领导下,通过确定营销战略,制定长、中、短期销售计划,开展各种行之有效的促销活动,为酒店招徕客源,力争获得较高的市场占有率,争取本市场内最合理的平均房价和最高的客房出租率,创造经济效益。完成总经理下达的年、季、月度经济指标。主要有:

1、认真执行总经理的指示,努力完成上级布置的任务。

2、科学编制酒店的销售计划和营销预算。

3、收集反映国内外旅游市场信息及宾客对酒店的信息反馈。

4、统筹制订公司的销售策略和促销措施。

5、做好市场拓展工作,保证完成公司下达的各项指标,督导公司销售计划的执行
