We are going to have a barbecue next weekend. But it is very important to make a detailed plan.
Firstly, we have to find a place to make barbecue as it is not allowed to do it near urban areas because of pollution.
Secondly, how many people will go for it? Hence we must send an email to those may like to go and make sure of the number of people.
Thirdly, according to the number of people, we can decide how much food and how many bottles of drinks we should bring with us.
We can make all plans before hand, but we can’t plan the weather at the day. we just hope we are lucky all the way.
