In English,we always use " Excuse me" and "I'm sorry".When we asking someone, we usually start with "excuse me,may I...or I'm sorry, may I...."" If we doing some mistake,we must apologize and say:"I'm sorry."Sometimes, we need somebody to repeat thier words, we have to say :"Excuse me,may you make your pardon."
When we travelling aroud US,we must remember these two magic words.Then you would be welllcome eveywhere.

As a tourism management graduate, my sister spent her first year away from school at a large travel agency.
