​一、物种组成分析内容及意义

a)物种相对丰度图

根据 OTU 注释结果分别在各个分类水平:domain(域),kingdom(界),phylum(门),class(纲),order(目),family(科),genus(属),species(种)统计各样品的物种相对丰度并作图(依据给定的物种比例分布表格)。

含义:样品中包含何种物种;物种丰度是多少;在不同样品间是否存在某些物种的变化及变化趋势。

b)优势物种(关键物种) Heatmap 图

它可以直观地将数据值的大小以定义的颜色深浅表示出来。常需要将数据进行物种或样品间丰度相似性聚类。

目的及意义:可将高丰度和低丰度的物种分块聚集,通过颜色梯度及相似程度来反映多个样品在各分类水平上群落组成的相似性和差异性。

c)OTU 分布 Venn 图

多个样品中所共有和独有的 OTU展示,依据是共有和独有OTU表格。

意义:体现共性和独特性上的差异。
