The Personnel Appraisal System was a development project temporarily requested this month. Because of the conflict between the unexpected request and the development plan of the Logistics module this month, the development plan can not be complete consequently.
The plan of this month was made according to the KPI. Following the completion of the BPM project, we are supposed to concentrate on solving the issues remaining from July and August, relating to the development plan of the Logistics Modules. For example, the Materials Division proposed the development of "Application form of other storages" modules. This item has to be build up from the bottom, and to be linked to the screens of material storage, the workload is tremendous. As a result, we promise to concentrate on the development again after the completion of BPM projects.
