2. 权力和支配的肢体语言表达 Nonverbal expressions of power and dominance

使自己变大,向外伸展、占满空间,基本上就是展开自己。相反,当我们感到渺小无助的时候,我们会蜷缩起来。You make yourself big, you stretch out, you take up space, you're basically opening up;When we feel powerless? We do exactly the opposite. We close up.

3. 相信让后做到 Fake it till you make it

(1)我们的肢体语言能影响我们想法和感受吗?(是的)Do our nonverbals govern how we think and feel about ourselves?(yes)

(2)可能在你假装自己有力量的时候,然后你真的感觉到了力量 It's also possible that when you pretend to be powerful, you are more likely to actually feel powerful.

(3)假装你是,直到你真的是了。持续行动,直到你已经成为了,并化为己有。Fake it till you become it. Do it enough until you actually become it and internalize.
