Q: What was your accomplishment at last job?

A：My previous company was a learning experience for me. I feel I have learned so much, such as working in teams, being well-organized, and how to deal with very different groups of people. There are real gains that gave me a good start in my career. Now I know much about customers, about solving problems and about how to stand in other people's shoes. These are my great accomplishments.

I remembered a client who always changed his requirement that made my colleagues couldn't finish the project on time. As the sales manager, I was the representative to negotiate with the client. Finally, we reached an agreement that we offered more support to him, and he would delay the project.
