I'm sorry about the troubles...(you don't have to say the troubles I brought to you...it's unnecessary.)
I'm sorry about the trouble I caused...
I'm sorry, I caused you so much trouble...
to be nicer you can add terribly before the word "sorry":
e.g.
I'm terribly sorry about the trouble.
Sorry to bother you
I'm so sorry to trouble you
I feel so sorry to feaze you

官方一般是： we are sorry for the inconvenience(may have caused)
sorry to bother you.之类的都比较口语。
