Provide 24*7 hours support to the Production systems or Testing environment of Investment Banks
在投资银行的产品运营或者环境测试下提供7*24的技术支持和系统维护
Recording and updating work items in ticket logging system.
实时记录并更新生票系统
Answering hotline queries about IT technical issues from Clients or developers
支持,解答,协调客户或者研发部门产生的IT技术事宜
Investigation, reporting and possible correction to failed batches
进行调查,报告无法处理和处理失败的状况
Requirements: (基本要求)
Bachelor's degree – there’s no specific regulation on majors
具有本科及以上学历,专业不限
Willing to be engaged in IT industry and Financial Service
有志于从事IT软件行业及金融服务行业
Very good English skills in both written and spoken English
熟练的英文听说及运用能力
Good Communication skills.

Acumen on business and logic sense
