我需要一份菜谱..当然菜的样式随便.不要汤的..主要是要它做的过程和材料.以及它的一份英文翻译.加上一份解说词.主要的工作就是把它翻译出来...菜谱我一查就知道了..所以是要翻译做主导.时间有限..希望尽快

This recipe for Tofu and Cashew Fried Rice uses tofu instead of eggs for a traditional Chinese dish. The tofu has a very similar appearance and texture, so you won't miss the eggs at all.
INGREDIENTS:

* 1 container soft (silken) tofu, mashed
* 1/8 tsp turmeric
* 1 tsp onion powder
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 3 tbsp vegetablle oil
* 5 cups pre-cooked rice
* 1/2 cup chopped cashews
* 3 tbsp soy sauce
* 1 tsp sugar
* 6 green onions, chopped

PREPARATION:
Mix the tofu, turmeric, onion powder and salt in a bowl and set aside.

In a medium skilled over medium heat, heat one tablespoon of the oil. Add the tofu mixture and cook, stirring constantly for 10 minutes.
Remove the tofu from the heat and set aside.

Combine the soy sauce, sugar and green onions in a small bowl. Stir to dissolve the sugar and set aside.

Place a dry wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. When the wok begins to smoke, add the remaining oil, then the onions and rice.

Stir-fry for 3 minutes. Pour in the soy sauce mixture and stir-fry until rice is heated through, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the cashews and the tofu and serve hot.

腰果豆腐炒饭,用豆腐代替鸡蛋,传统的中国菜,豆腐是非常受欢迎的食品。

材料:

* 1盒豆腐,捣碎
* 1 小块 姜 切丝
* 1 块洋葱,切碎
* 1 / 2小勺盐
* 3大勺菜籽油
* 5杯煮好的米饭
* 1 / 2杯切碎的腰果
* 3大勺酱油
* 1小勺糖
* 葱 切碎

准备:
把豆腐,姜丝,洋葱丁和盐拌匀,备用。
锅内倒油,烧热,放入豆腐,翻炒10分钟。
盛出,待用。

把酱油,糖和葱花拌匀,待用。

锅烧热,倒油,放入洋葱丁和米饭。

快炒3分钟。倒入酱油混合物,继续炒约5分钟。

最后放入腰果和豆腐。

热着吃。
