不过佢冇讲到↓ 首先
there 后面用is定用are 系取决于第1样野
即系 some water 同 a boy 另外
water同bread都系数唔到
点计都冇可能系are 所以
1) There is some water and some bread. 3)There is a boy
a girl and a man. 系岩
因为some water加上some bread是两样东西；又a boy

1) 1 and 3 are correct. 2) If the noun phrase after [there be] consists of o or more nouns in a list
we use a singular verb if the first noun is singular or uncountable
and a plural verb if the first noun is plural. e.g. When I opened the fridge there was only a bottle of milk
some eggs
and butter. e.g. When I opened the fridge there were only some eggs

第一个出现的项目(名词) 是决定用is或are关键因素。 如果第一个名词是单数或者不可数名词
就用is; 如果是复数的话
就用are。 4) 在1和2句子中
water 是第一个项目
而又是不可数(uncountable)
所以要用is - 如句1。 在3和4句子中
a boy是第一个项目
而又是单数(singular)
所以要用is - 如句3。
