银耳 1个
红枣 10颗
枸杞 1把
冰糖 适量
做法:
1、银耳先在水里发好,一般来说泡20分钟就可以了。

2、发好的银耳先剪成4块,洗好以后,把底部减掉,剪成小朵,不剪也可以,只是银耳底部口感不是很好。

3、将红枣、枸杞清洗干净,和冰糖一起放在一边备用。

4、将银耳放入高压锅,加入水,水量要没过银耳还要多点。高压锅上汽后小火20分钟,关火。想要喝浓稠的银耳汤就少加点水,喜欢清口一点的就多加点水。

5、高压锅汽消了后,打开锅盖加入冰糖熬5分钟,最后加入红枣和枸杞再熬5分钟。

6、完成,吃的时候觉得不够甜可以再放一点冰糖或者白糖。
