JOB OBJECTIVES:
Work under general supervision and follow the relevant policies and procedures, process the activities and implement the relevant policies in the assigned job area(s) such as compensation and benefit, staffing and terminations, employee training and development, organization development, delegate administration, employee relation, to support the unit objective achievements in terms of service deliveries, standards, schedules and legal compliance. Keep track on the development of government labor requirements and report to supervisor the changes that could effect the existing policies/ procedures.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Organization development: Oversee the process to keep an updated database of organization structure and employee profiles, including the announcement of organization/ employee movements. Evaluate existing job positions and ew positions of junior levels to ensure internal equity at the appropriate organization levels. Consolidate the data of headcount development to ensure the agreed headcount planning is upheld and alert management any deviations.
2.Staffing and terminations: Coordinate with the relevant managers and follow agreed procedures to fill junior / temporary vacancies. Initially source the employment/ executive search agencies according to agreed criteria. Prepare and coordinate new recruit settling activities including drafting arrival announcements, employee orientation program to facilitate the new recruits’ settle-down and work start-up. Proceed all the termination procedures to ensure smooth separation, including consolidation of employee turnover statistics to support the preparation of employee retention policy/program.
3.Compensation and benefits: Source and screen benefit service providers and analyze the feedback on their service deliveries to support reviewing their services. Explanation to employees on benefit programs. Prepare data to participate in the selected C&B surveys and conduct initial analysis on the survey results to support proposal for salary adjustments and defining company pay competitiveness in market. Trace and update the important economic predictors, such as consumer price index, unemployment rate, GDP, to support recommendation on C&B program modification and annual salary adjustment. Process accurate payroll and make timely registration to bank to meet defined salary issue date.
4.Employee training and development: Organize the training programs according to the schedules to ensure the deliveries and attendance, including recommendation on change/modification/ improvement in procedures, schedules so as to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency in organizing the training activities. Consolidates the training evaluation data to prepare for training vendors selection and training needs analyses.
