Dear Mr. Jones,Thank you very much for agreeing on our inviting you to come visit our school and have a lecture here on this Friday afternoon. Please feel free to check out the route to come here as follows: If you'd like to take a bus, then please take NO. 8 to Stop People's Plaza and then, change into NO.201, which directly passes by our school. All together it'll take you around 40 minutes to come here. But if you'd like to take a taxi, it'll only cause you 25 minutes to get here. Either way will do, and our school will be responsible for the traffic fees. Again, thank you so much for sparing your time on the coming lecture. We're sincerely looking forward to your coming.
