1. We human beings are really complicated animals. We can talk,smile as well as cry.we can express different kinds of moods,such as happy, sorrow, angry and upset. They always change in ourselves.
The important for us to control and adapt your mood. Laughing too fiercely ,especially being deeply sorrow is not good for our boby or our life.And here are some suggestions for you .Firstly, if you are in low mood , you can try to go out and have a walk. Secondly, thinking of your happy memory in your life . Third, listening to the music you like should be helpful. Last but not least, don't burden yourself as possible as you can usually.

What accnornpanies you all your life is not fortune and fame nor youth and appearance, but your mood or the state of mind which controls your life. As man in the modern age, our moods are as ehangable as the cars coming and going on the super-high way. A favor from a neighbour, a kiss of a child, a praise from others are like warm sunshine that makes us comfortable. Bat a rough word from a stranger, a false product bought from the store, or an insulting remark in fun would put you in a bad mood and make your heart sink. A good mood makes one happy, energetic and creative. I was once shut in an elevator for one and a half hours. I had to phone for help. Eventually I was released, it was fun because I was in a happy mood. Otherwise I would have felt miserable.

A bad mood is bad enough to cause you to lose self-confidence and leaves you helpless with all your worries and troubles in mind.

More often than not, we are in a mixed mood. Sometimes we are happy and high-spirited. Sometimes we are in low spirits. At this time we have to take courage and have a change of mood.

A good mood will accompany you on your way to the palace of success, to the chamber of love and to pleasure and barmony in life. With a happy mood, we can live a more substantial life, one that is more interesting and meaningful.

So, always remember to keep a happy mood wherever you go or whatever you do.

How to control your emotions?
Well, we all know EQ is the key of life. We should ontrol our emotions not letting the emotions take control of you. Emotion can be a very useful tool to your success.
We all should know ourself’s emotions. There are many different ways that you can feel, but scientists have classified human emotions into a few basics that everyone can recognize: joy, acceptance, fear, surprise, sadness, disgust, anger, and anticipation, for example, is a manifestation of fear - fear that you're not "as good" as something else, fear of being abandoned because you're not "perfect" or "the best". We don't panic when we meet something is to be difficult to handle ,Take stock of the situation objectively and if time permits move away from the event that caused the situation. Return back latter and then plan your strategy. Time is the best healer and often the problem fades off with little efforts from your end. Taking an emotional decision means you get trapped into an unwanted situation. Another thing is, we need to think the way of others,like when your boyfriend and your argue with something which shouldn't happen. Then you just take a step back,then you will realize that is noone’s fault. When we deal with something could lose your mind ,then we should think of our options first. hink of at least two different ways you can respond. Your emotions control you when you assume there's only one way to react, but you always have a choice. For example, if someone insults you, and you experience anger, your immediate response might be to insult them back.
How to control your emotion and overcoming the negative effects of emotion display is a professional subject that needs your co-operation and your immediate family’s participation, just as much as the counsel of a psychiatrist, and your own recognition that you have a problem. If recognized then most of it can be overcome easily with least effort
