select option,鼠标移到哪个选向就给出相应的鼠标提示该怎么做！

如题,希望可以给出具体的例子出来!高手们都帮帮忙吧!(有个方法就是隐藏原先的select再重新生成一个的除外) 我希望是有什么控件能达到所要的效果.
