要求词汇量的掌握加大了
掌握基本5500词汇，还需要重视大纲附录中的词汇，词缀，词根等，进行必要的学习。
大纲对于词汇掌握要求的加大，说明单独记忆单词是仅仅不够的，需要大家逐渐培养在阅读具体语境中记忆这些重点词汇，灵活掌握词汇的用法才是根本，死记硬背的单词放到一定的语境中还是不理解单词具体的使用意思了。再就是对于考试题目中的一些陌生词汇的猜义，根据自己掌握的词缀词根，要灵活进行应用型的判断，猜测出生词的基本词义，从而帮助自己理解文章具体语句的意思。

考场答题卡形式变化
以前说是两张答题卡，现在是合二为一，即翻译写作和选择题在一张答题卡上。考生在考场上填写相关信息时需要注意，不要涂错位置。

写作评分标准要求有所改变
对于第四档作文要求层次“基本清晰”，改为“比较清晰”，第三档“内容较连贯”改为“基本连贯”，第二和第一档将“词汇有限”改为“词汇相当有限”。从大纲表述的评分词汇的调整可以看出，评分对于高分优秀作文的要求提高了，对于低分作文的要求降低了，所以大家在平时练习写作的时候，要加强句式逻辑方面能力的提高，而不仅仅是词汇多变，从根本上提高写作能力。
综上三点，可以知道，考试大纲对于考生的基本要求还是整体上提高了，重视了对大家是否灵活学习英语，以及适当应用的能力的考核，而不仅仅是书本式知识的考核
