为了更好的沟通建议全文如下: 用help-contact us-email发送吧 会直接回复到你注册amazon的邮箱里. 一般情况下客服会直接发个$50-10的coupon给你下次支付用的.

My previous order of philips nerolco 1150x/40 was deleted by Amazon, for the reason STOCK-NOT-AVAILABLE. I used a mastercard $50-10 coupon on that order , Z2WF-******-WNZFGN, which was given by a friend of mine.
I'm not sure if this coupon would be redeem to my account balance, but I believe you can find out for me. So please either refund $10 to my creditcard or resend me a $50-10 coupon with a longer expiration. I'll be appreciated.

Since you can't supply of reason, I order of Philips Norelco 1150 x / 40 order is cancelled.

In order to enjoy the preferential price, in this order, I use the mastercard $50-$10 coupons.

The coupon is I and others from the hands of the trade for others.

And because you were cancelled order unilaterally reason, that I lost $10.

So send this E-mail, ask you for compensation.

Please will pay $10 delimit I order credit card, or to send a mastercard $50-$10 coupons and extend its validity.

Although the order is deleted, I think you should be able to find the record.
