and not only playing basketball can stronger my body

During the school time, l sit too much in the class.

In order to make a better life with my hands
l must study hard during my high school and university
My goal is to achieve the highest mark in my class
and also l want to improve my ability to live alone before l get into my university
Well, now, l think l'm a little lack of confidient to face and fight for my goals.
However, l believe, if l want to do something, l will get it will my hands, even my goals.
