打开电脑上安装好的格式工厂软件；

打开界面后，点击切换到“视频”窗口，点击选择其中一种视频格式；

打开界面后，点击右上角的“添加文件”，选择需要压缩体积的视频文件；

添加好视频后，点击界面上方的“输出配置”；

打开“视频设置”界面后，可以点击“高质量和大小”，选择特定的质量；



也可以在“屏幕大小”一栏选择特定的尺寸；



全部确定以后，点击“开始”，等待转换完成；

完成以后，右击视频文件，选“打开输出文件夹”，即可找到被压缩过的视频文件了。
