To all the teachers and students in our school,
This Friday, June 14th, we are to arrange a special lecture on the application of computer and learning with the network for those computer amateurs as participants. At 9:00 am on that day the lecture will be held in the meeting room of the fifth floor of teaching building. We are so delighted and proud to manage to invite Professor Zhang Ling from Department of Computer Science of Peking University as the main lecturer. It is requested that the audience present should think about some questions in their learning process ahead of this academic exchange and show great interest in listening and asking Profess Zhang for help. We welcome you coming and please do not be late.

1.首先给大家将一下英文通知的一般格式：
（1）顶行中间标注Notice，有时口头通知也可用Announcement
（2）下面左起定格写通知对象，一般都是“To xxx，”的方式，注意英文用逗号，这一点不同于中文有冒号。非正式通知或者受众范围很小可以省略这一项。
（3）接着缩格写正文。按照通知内容具体展开。
（4）落款写在正文后空两行的右侧，列两行标单位和时间：先写发布通知的单位，再下一行写发通知的时间。
2.具体讲讲这个通知的主体部分的思路：
（1）本文要求上以“学校团委”的名义写，落款自然就要以这个单位标注，英文说法是Communist Youth League Committee，根据内容可知通知对象是学校师生，当然如果写“学校的电脑爱好者（computer amateurs）”也可以，不过选择前者感觉更宏观。
（2）通知的具体内容上注意要先交代核心内容，给人一目了然的感觉。这是一篇邀请大家听讲座的宣传通知，直接把讲座的时间、地点、内容、主讲人一一讲出来，句式上长短句结合显得比较有活力。
就我写的内容来说，先用了一个be to do结构表示计划性，专题讲座直接用了一个直译special lecture应该可以理解，其实大学里更专业的表达是seminar（师生几人小范围的专题讨论）；
因为时间很具体，可以断开一下，先宏观介绍专题讲座时间、内容和听众属性，再介绍当天具体时间和地点；
北京大学计算机系的说法Department of Computer Science of Peking University；
后面提要求，语气应该和蔼亲切，用request或者hope都可以，句式上It is requested/hoped that 引导主语从句，后面用should表委婉的虚拟语气，或者We request/hope that引导宾语从句也可以；
词语上应该注意同义反复更换表达，比如a special lecture和后面的this academic exchange（这次学术交流）就是同一个意思。
最后表示欢迎，告诉大家别迟到。

不知道你们是高中还是大学的写作，词汇的选择上我觉得本文应该还是比较基础，因为字数有限，也没用到太复杂的句式，通知不是大作文，简洁明了是最好的。基本方法和格式都是通用的，只是内容需要具体问题具体分析，可以说考研究生的英语十五分钟写出这样的短文也基本上达到既定合格要求了。
