At first,I think you ought not to worry that.Because now you are a student ,you should play more attention to your study not your appearance .
Then you can keep a healthy diet to keep slim.What is a helthy diet? That's just a balanced diet.As a teens,not only should we eat some energetic food,like meat,fish and so on,but also we are supposed to eat some vegetables ,fruits.Then, doing some exercise is also helpful,When you having eaten supper,you can go out for walk.It is very important to do so.
All in all,you should't so worry,there is a saying : the more worry ,the fatter. So you should keep happy .At last,i hope the tips can help you.
