reporter 采访记者
journalist 从事媒体工作的人员都可以这么叫，是个宽泛的词，新闻记者，报业人员，新闻工作者等等
newsman 专指新闻记者，也指报刊编辑，送报的人

选用上看你说的是哪一类的记者，我们国家reporter和journalist都有。
