一、意思不同

1、has been 的意思是：表示“到过某地”，说话人现在已经回来了。

例句：

He has been to Hangzhou. 

他去过杭州。

2、has gone 的意思是：表示“去了某地”，可能到了，也可能在路上。

例句：

He has gone to Hangzhou. 

他去杭州了。

二、用法不同

1、has　beena是延续性的，后面接的时间状语是一段时间。

2、has　gone表示已经去了那个地方还没回来，属于瞬间动词(暂短性动词)，不与一段时间连用。

三、强调内容不同

1、has been强调“去过”哪里的这个经历。

2、 has gone 已经离开去…地方，强调“已经离开”这个状态 。
