easier said than done 是成语，意思是 “说来容易做起来难”。
举个例句：
I'd really like to go to New York to see my sister, but it is easier said than done.

成语很多是从古时候传下来的，有时不符合今天的语法，这就是一个例子。这和汉语成语没两样。
这个考题测试的不是语法知识，而是成语知识。
