如果是for +一段时间，则用延续性的，是，they have been married for n years

marry既可以作及物动词也可以做不及物动词，大意为：结婚、嫁、娶；与。。。结婚。
常见用法有：1、marry sb：嫁给某人；与某某结婚。eg:Mary married John last week.玛丽上个星期嫁给约翰了。
2、marry sb to sb：表示父母把女儿嫁给了某人 。eg：She married her daughter to a Chinese.她把她的女儿嫁给了一个中国人。
3、be/get married to sb表示与某人结婚.eg：Jane was/get married to a doctor last month. 上个月简和一位医生结婚了.
4、marry作不及物动词时,往往后加副词或介词短语来表示一种状态：
She married very early. 她很早就结婚了。
She never married in life.她一生未嫁。
5、尤其要注意：marry 不能与介词with 连用，而与介词to连用，比如
