Hi, thanks for your message. Your efforts in using Google Translate are very much appreciated and I am glad to tell you that you've got my questions exactly right. Jawbone Up is really helpful in providing me with information about my health and conditions after the exercises taken. I am especially thankful of the monitoring of my sleeping status. I have to say that the technology in the US is on top of the world. It's the hope of the human beings.
