The Letter of Credit must be issued in accordance with, and be made subject to the provision of UCP600.
(2) Shipment and Delivery will be conditional on the Seller’s Bank receiving advice of the Letter of Credit as required and that Letter of Credit being in a form, and issued by a bank, acceptable to the Seller.
