为什么是 didn't 而不是 hadn't?
答：因为只有当have作“有”解时，在英国英语中才可以将have当Be动词那样去构成否定或疑问句，如：He has a brother, hasn't he? 是可以的.但是,当have作别的动词用时，就得需要助动词does/ do/ did来帮助了。如：He has lunch at school, doesn't he? 当然，美国英语中不管have是作“有”解，还是替代别的动词，一律需要用助动词帮忙。所以上一句，用He has a brother, doesn' he? 也是对的。
本句had a good time中的had不是‘拥有’，所以不能用hadn't, 只能用didn't.

为什么是whoever 而不是 whomever
答：介词to的宾语是一句话，不是一个词。这句话就是whoever comes first.= anyone who comes first. 任何一个最早来的人。这个从句是由连接代词whoever引导的。在这个从句中，whoever要作comes first 的主语，所以不能用其宾格whomever.
下面我举一个用whomever的例子：I like whomever you like.你喜欢的人，我都喜欢。 此句中whomever在从句中作第二个like的宾语。
不过在现代英语中，用whoever代替whomever也是可以的。所以估题技巧：两个在一起时，选择whoever最保险。
