1.Ensure the trailer is parked and secured in a level position, a slight downward slope towards the door end of the container will assist with the discharge of product,trailer should be chocked and earthed for safety purposes.
2.Check that the left hand container door is secure and in good condition before opening the right hand door. Open the right hand door only.
3.Remove cap from the camlock fitting and connect the supply line to the male camlock fitting present on the flexitank. supply line must terminate in the correct size female camlock quick release coupling. remove the valve cap form the container unless it is secured to the valve by a lanyard.
4.Secure supply line from the right hand container door cam receivers with a strap or rope, or other suitable support.
5.Open camlock valve. never open the valve until supply line is connected and correctly secured.
6.Commence pumping and continually monitor until empty. Never leave the flexitank unattnded.
7.Most products will discharge without assistance but the flexitank can be "rolled up" to wards the door end of the container while pumping continues if residue remains in the flexitank.
8.Disconnect supply line once flexitank is empty and close/cap valve to avoid spillage of residue.
9.Close and fully secure right hand container door.
10.Ensure the trailer is parked and secured in a level position, Trailer should be chocked and earthed for safetv purposes.
11.Open the right hand door only. Keep the left hand door closed at all times.
12.Remove shoes if entry in to container is required to make loading connection. Container
Entry is not required if extension hose is fitted.
13.Remove cap from camlock fitting on tank and connect the supply line to the male camlock
Fitting present on the flexitank. Supply line must terminate in the correct size female camlock quick release coupling, and be fitted with a flat seal. Remove the valve cap from the flexitank unless it is secured to the valve by a lanyard.
14.Secure supply line from the right hand container door cam receivers with a strap or rope,Or support with suitable stand.
15.Ensure that the volume to be loaded is within 500L of nominal flexitank capacity.
16.Commence pumping and continually monitor whilst filling. Never leave the flexitank unattended.
17.The flexitank is at capacity when the upper surface becomes taut. However, FUBANG recommend that flexitank only ever be loaded utilising accurate measurement systems such as, flow meter, weighbridge or storage tank calibration.
18.On completion of loading, Close the valve and the disconnect the supply line from the flexitank. Secure the valve cap with a cable tie around the cam ears.
19.Close the right hand door and seal as per shipping requirements.
