one和another都可以作代词，但是指代的内容不同。

具体而言：

1. one：pron.一个人；任何人，人们（表泛指）；

可以指代任何一个人；

例如：

One needs space to be oneself.

没有人怀疑他的能力。

One tries one's best. 

一个人尽其所能。
