Cucumber in Sauce
ingredient ：
2 cucumbers
2 garlic
2 dried-peppers
Seasoning:
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 / 8 teaspoon vinegar
1 / 8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon MSG
1 teaspoon sugar
Production method:
1 wash the cucumbers,shave them with plane , cut them into small pieces,put into a bowl while add sliced garlic and traced peppers, salted them for two minutes.
2, when the cucumbers turn soft, dripping the pickled water by hand,get among appropriate amount of sesame oil, sugar, vinegar, monosodium glutamate, or Add sauce, shrimp meat and so on, to mix.

Procedure
1. use water to run through the cucumbers. shave them then cut them into small pieces. Put them into a bowl, then add in the garlic and dried pepper skin. salt them for 2 minutes.
2. wait until the cucumbers turn soft, then leak out the reamining watter, add an approprate amount of sesame oil, sugar, vinegar, MSG. You may also add other sauces, shrimps, etc. Mix the ingredients together.
clean the cucumbers, use a knife to pat and slice them into pieces(appriximately 1 cm), salt them for another 2 to 3 minutes, dry out the water, add in the soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, then mix them together.
