based on 和 basing on区别

是不是based on 表示被动 basing on 表示主动呢？ 有的句子人做了主语，为什么还是用based on 比如： We allocate the cost of the purchase among the different types of assets acquired based on their relative market values 这两个短语用法怎样 还有那个aimed at 也是被动吗？
我提出的那个例句中 based on 好像是做状语吧？ 那么是we 做 based on 这个动作吗？为什么不用主动basing on 呢？ 句子错吗?

1、based on 以……为基础，表示被动语态。based是base的过去分词形式。

2、basing on 以……为基础，表示主动语态。basing是base的现在分词形式。

二、用法不同

1、如果base on 和句子逻辑主语是被动关系，就用based on。

（其中，逻辑主语是 a big discount，也就是“大折扣是以你们需要的数量为基础”，a big discount和 base on 是被动关系。）

2、如果base on 和句子逻辑主语是主动的关系，就用basing on。
