First, you should eat many vegetables and fruits and avoid eating too much snacks like chocolate or ice-cream. Because the vitamins in plants are very beneficial and too much fat is obviously not good for your health. Second, you should do more sports and exercises which could also help to streng then your body. Finally, go to bed early each day and make sure to sleep at least 8 hours a day.
