on the morning 和 in the morning 在词义上并无区别，区别在表达方式上：
on the morning 必须在有用其它词修饰 morning 的情况下才会出现；
没有任何修饰性词语就只能用 in the morning；
也就是说，只要用了修饰性词语描述 morning，前面的介词就要换成 on。
morning，读音：英 ['mɔːnɪŋ] ，美 ['mɔːrnɪŋ] 。
用法：
一般表示在早晨，用in the morning
当表示在具体某一天早晨，下午，晚上，或者说出天气状况时，要使用介词on。
