摘 要
随着互联网络的快速发展和市场竞争的加剧，我国的民营快递行业进入了一个更为激烈的竞争环境。而目前我国的许多民营快递企业效率低下，加盟商进入门槛低、难以对加盟商形成有效的监管。
民营快递存在的问题主要在于物流速度和服务质量，而速度在于运输的过程，服务质量在于加盟商，本论文主要以加盟商为主要研究对象，即保证了加盟商的管理和培养，提高了员工素质就是保证了服务质量。
本论文从未来物联网发展与人们的生活方式出发，系统的阐述了民营快递加盟商的选择、服务质量、管理技术以及培养方式与物联网发展的分析方法等。接着研究各个民营快递的加盟不合理造成的物流成本、物流混乱和加盟商的不合理发展等问题。根据加盟商工作程序存在的问题，运用物联网技术的分析，对加盟商的工作流程做出合理的调整，从而优化加盟商的工作流程，进一步提高民营快递的发展水平和服务质量。
