先要把干货冲洗一下,泡软一点点,不用泡太久~
指天椒切成粒粒,姜和蒜都剁成蓉,全部装一个碗里。

鱼干去掉中间的硬骨,撕成小块,撕的过程有点累,也可以切的。虾米瑶柱都撕成碎碎。

热锅放油,等油有一点冒烟了就可以把油倒进姜蒜椒的那个碗中,注意油不能太热哈,不然全部就烫焦了~
重新热锅放油,油要多一点,热了之后中小火,把干货都倒进锅里炒,火不能太大,不然小鱼干会很容易焦的。
炒出香味就可以把除豆瓣酱以外的其他调味料全部加入锅中继续翻炒,翻炒均匀了就可以把豆瓣酱也加入翻炒~
