Also just to let you know that Urban Knights have shipped your item
today and you should be receiving it shortly. For more details on

If you have not got your item after 7 working days please let us know so
we can look into where your order may be.
Please note: If your item is delivered to your stated address and a card
for collection is left, we will no longer be held responsible for that
item as it has now become your responsibility for collection thereafter,
either by arranging re-delivery by Royal Mail or collection in person
from your depot. (This applies to all items sent by recorded delivery,
any queries please contact Royal Mail on 084577 407 40).
If your item has been sent back to us because you were not in to collect
your item or you did not collect from your local postal office when a
while you were out card was left, we will resend again for you once
payment of the postage is paid again to us along with an admin fee of
£2.00 or we can refund you for the item minus the postage fee that was
paid.
Once your item arrives in satisfactory condition, please leave feedback
for us as it is the best way to support our business.
