宾语从句的否定转移及其反义疑问句？

宾语从句主语是第三人称的时候，否定不用转移，第一人称的时候转移吗？
在其改为反义疑问句的时候，是第一人称，看从句，其他人称看主句？

否定转移
条件：第一人称+ think/suppose/believe/imagine/guess/expect. 反义疑问句的助动词看从句。
其他人称看主句。
e.g. I suppose the report will be deleted, wasn’t it?
I don’t think he came back two months ago, did he?
She thinks her husband is the best one in the team, doesn’t she？
值得注意的是，当这些词后接的宾语从句的否定转移到主句时，其仍属否定词，故其后的短语句式应为肯定。
e.g.
I don't believe that he can translate this book, can he?
we don;t imagine the twins have arrives, have they?

主句是第一人称时后面的动词如果是think suppose believe expect imagine等词时翻译疑问句以从句为主 如果是别的人称或者谓语是普通动词则看主句
