三星S4更新不了安卓4.3。
在关于设备-——系统更新，里面也更新不了，显示的是最新版本，可我的是4.2.2

三星S4你的是什么版本的手机啊！大部分还没有更新4.3的系统，所以无法自动更新，如果你想换成4.3的系统，可以自己下载rom包刷机！本回答被提问者和网友采纳
