whichever university you choose,you will be admitted这个句子把unversity放到了whichever的 后面，但是however you look at the matter,it isn't fair.这里为什么没有把the matter放到however的前面？

但是好像whatever和whenever也没有whichever后面可以跟名词的这种用法

whatever和whenever只是what和when加了一个后缀ever（意思为“无论+”），用法还是跟what和when大致相同（少部分不同，如what a beautiful girl.就不可以说成whatever a beautiful girl.因为此时what作感叹作用）。
