定语从句有逗号时如何使用关系词？

如果指代国家或者某个省份的关系词在从句中作主语，要用关系代词 who（指代国家或省份的政府或人民） 或 which（指代国家或省份这种事物）。如：

 

The country who has established diplomatic relations has been friendly to China. 已经和我们建立外交关系的那个国家和中国很友好。

The country which in Central Asia is a developing country. 在中亚的那个国家是个发展中的国家。

 

如果指代国家或者某个省份的关系词从句中作地点状语，要用关系副词 where，如：

 

Beijing where there is a lot of  historic sites is the capital of our country. 有许多古迹的北京是我国的首都。

 

不管有无逗号，也就是不管是限制性定语从句还是非限制性定语从句，使用关系词的原则都是一样的。
