in 后面接doing，in也可以省去。
这两个都是在spend作花费意思讲时的区别。
如：She spends much time on English.
She spends much time (in) learning English.
但是，spend 还可以作＂度过＂讲，这时后面用in还是用 on就要看后面的名词了。
如：She spent the winter vacation in Beijing. 她在北京度过寒假。（根据北京用in）
She spent the winter vacation on her uncle's farm. 她在她叔叔农场度过寒假。（根据农场用on）
追问I spent two days in my mother home. I spent twenty yuan buy book yesterday. I spend a few years learning english 对吗？
