rise 后的介词（in/on/from…）该怎么搭配呢？

the sun rises in the east.（太阳从东边升起）；The bright sun rises on the horizon（明亮的太阳从地平线上升起）
但我用百度翻译中-英发现上述两个都可以用from代替。。。。。。
