英语语法几题

1.Hearing the news, he ran out of the room in a hurry,(leaving) the door (open) .
2.I'd rather have a room of my own ,however small it is, than (share) a room with others. 为什么要这么填，两句属于什么句型

1 leaving 因为是表伴随所以就用v-ing
open 表状态所以原型

2 意思是 我更喜欢有一个属于自己的房间 虽小但是比和别人挤一间屋子强。
整个的句子结构是“would rather do A than do B”
所以前面是“have a room”是A
后面的“share a room ”是B.

应该是这样没错的

第一个是状语从句，表状态，让门处在开着的状态
第二个是would rather do ……than do……的固定句式。中间那个是插入语，置之不理即可
