Last April My friend George decided he wanted to make lifestyle changes to be fitter and
change his diet. He esteem had been low after going through the
body changes of high blood sugar.
He started HOPE weight reduce last summer. He loves how the class challenges him every time
by going up in weights and having the self belief from his trainer,
Michelle and the encouraging HOPE team.
George's lifestyle has now completely changed as a result. His friends and
family have noticed how much happier he is and how healthy and strong he
looks, high blood has gone! – some say he has never looked better! Even so that his friends have
started coming to the HOPE classes with him and are enjoying it as much as he
does – some are now regulars.
What a big change!
