　　前期所需材料：
　　1、公司投资：公司开业证明的复印件及其公证认证（2份）（于当地公证机关进行公证，再于中国大使馆进行认证）；
　　个人投资：投资人护照原件核对或（于当地公证机关进行公证，再于中国大使馆进行认证）；（2份）
　　The copy of the investor’s Certificate of Incorporation and its notarization certificate from the notarization center and then the Chinese embassy;(2 pieces)
　　If the investor is a person

　　2、投资公司法定代表人身份证明复印件；
　　The copy of the passport of the legal director of the investing company;

　　3、投资公司或投资人的银行资信证明（2份）；
　　The Account Balance from bank;(1piece)

　　4、拟设立企业执行董事、监事身份证明复印件并签名（2份）；
　　The ID Card or the passport of the planned CEO and the supervisor(Copies,two pieces);

　　5、设立企业名称（三个以上）；
　　Names planned for the company;（more than three names）

　　6、若要授权他人签字的须授权书，授权人黑色水笔签字（3份）；
　　Athorization letters if the investor authorize other people to sign the documents(3 pieces);

　　7、拟设立企业法人1寸彩照3张；
　　The one-inch color pictures of the legal representative of the planned company (3 pieces)；

　　8、产权证复印件加盖权利人公章（3份）；租赁合同复印件签字盖章（3份）可由我公司提供；
　　The copies of the Property Certificate with the seal of the owner(3 pieces);The copies of the Leasing Agreement with the signature and the seal(3pieces).

　　Procedures:

　　1.查名（名称无重复的情况下5个工作日）；
　　1. Application for the name;(5 working days if the name is passed)

　　2．报送外国投资委员会申请批准证书（材料齐全的情况下约20个工作日）：
　　2. Application for Approval Certificate(About 20 working days if the materials are fully prepared);

　　3．报送工商局申请营业执照（材料齐全的情况下约10个工作日）；
　　3. Application for the Certificate of Business Corporation(About 10 working days if the materials are fully prepared)

　　4．申请组织机构代码证（2个工作日）；
　　4. Application for the Organization Code;(about 2 working days)

　　5．向税务局申请税务登记证（7个工作日）；
