伸手用英语怎么说后面加for

一般都是do sth. with hand，还有一种是take a hand in，指挥的意思，伸手没有固定的单词，更没有能后面直接加for的。
英语思维中一般先说事情（do what）再说动作（how to do），比如说，“He killed the snake with his bare hands ”他赤手空拳杀死了那条蛇。
有时候也会先说动作（how to do）再说事情（do what）比如说：“ Put your hand up if you know the answer.”如果知道答案请举手。
