I have learned that you got some trouble in learning English, here I have some advices to you which I hope can help you more or less.
First of all,you should choose one learning method that fits you well,otherwise,it may impossible to be successful even if you learn very hard. Second, you can read English books as mucn as you can,and try your best to learn the new words by heart. Besides, it will be helpful to your Spoken English if you listen to the tape more often to corret your pronunciation. What's more, I think that you can make full use of the dictionary and the Internet when you have questions in learning.
I believe that you'll make great progress in English Learning if you can follow these tips, and ofcourse, with your own effort.

You said you want to improve your English soon in the last letter,so I think I can offer some useful items to you.
Firstly,you should choose the right way of studing for yourself,it's the most important in your study plans,or you are just wasting of time.
Then,you'd better read more books and try to remember new words as many as you can at the same time.Listen to English songs or exercise,it can help you a lot in the pronunciation.
What's more,you can take advantage of dictionaries and Internet,so you will be taught at moment when you need.

Firstly,we should be brave to talk with others in English.By doing this,we can improve or talking and listening skill.
Second,watching movies can improve your spoken skills . And do more reading in your free time. If you do like that, I'm sure you will be a good learner soon.
Thirdly,we should often read English books.When we come across a new word.We should guess its meaning through the contest first.Then look it up in the dictionary to have a check.I thin,it is a good way of reading.
