2、把锅用厨房纸擦干净水分,放到炉灶上,用小火烘干。

3、准备几块肥猪肉,用夹子或者筷子夹着肥猪肉,边小火加热边往锅边缘擦。一定要反复多次每个角落都擦到。

4、慢慢加热逼出猪油,然后用小铲子或小勺子往锅边缘淋油。这个动作反复多做几次,保证锅内壁全部被油浸泡过。

5、把锅里的油倒掉,留一块肥肉,把锅外面也反复擦一遍。

6、最好把锅静置放凉,待完全冷却后再用温水反复擦洗。

7、上述2-6步反复做3遍,最后一次擦拭完油留在锅里放置一夜,让锅油浸一宿。
